FAQ
Short answers to the questions clients ask us most.
How do I request a consultation?
Fill in the consultation form on our contact page, message us on WhatsApp, or call +965 2242 0515, Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
How much does a consultation cost?
Fees depend on the type of matter, its complexity and its stages. We explain the fees and scope of work before starting and agree them in writing, so you take on no obligation until then.
Does submitting the form mean the firm has taken my case?
No. Submitting the form does not create a lawyer–client relationship. The relationship begins after a conflict check and written agreement on scope and fees.
Is my information confidential?
Yes, we keep client information confidential. Even so, please do not send confidential details or documents through the form until we have contacted you and agreed a secure channel.
What should I bring to a first meeting?
Bring any contracts, correspondence, judgments or court notices related to your matter, and proof of identity. If you represent a company, bring evidence of your authority.
How long will my case take?
It depends on the type of case, the court levels involved and the circumstances. We cannot give an exact time in advance, but we will explain the expected stages after reviewing your file.
Do you act for non-Kuwaitis?
Yes. We serve individuals of all nationalities and local and foreign companies, including on residency and employment matters.
Which languages do you work in?
We provide legal services in Arabic, English and French.
Can you help with matters outside Kuwait?
We are a Kuwaiti firm with established ties to law firms in the Gulf, the Middle East, Europe and the United States, and we provide support in proceedings abroad.
Where is the office?
