Information you give us
When you use the consultation form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send: your name, company, email address, phone number, preferred language, the type of matter and a brief description. The form is delivered to the firm's official email address through the FormSubmit form service.
Technical information
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, or visitor analytics. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Why we use your information
We use the information to respond to your request, run a conflict check before accepting any engagement, and contact you about your matter. We do not use it for marketing and we never sell it.
Sharing
We share your information only with the technical providers needed to run the site and email (such as Cloudflare, Google and FormSubmit), or where required by law or a competent court. These providers may process data outside Kuwait.
Retention
We keep consultation requests for as long as needed to respond and run conflict checks. If a request does not lead to an engagement, we delete it once it is no longer needed. Client files are governed by the firm's professional and legal obligations.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to requests is limited to the relevant people at the firm. Please do not send confidential information or documents through the form or by email until we have contacted you and agreed a secure channel.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to [email protected].
Changes
We may update this policy when the way the site works changes, and we show the date of the latest update at the top of this page.
